This cuvette is designed with 5 clear windows (including bottom clear) for use in fluorescence applications. The 5 windows allow measurement of the fluorescence at right angles to the beam path.

The fused quartz material has a higher transmission of 83% @ 200nm. The cuvette is usable in the UV and visible wavelength range. 10mm standard path length and 12.5 x 12.5 mm outer size make the cuvette suitable for most fluorometers.

This cuvette has a 12.5 x 12.5 x 45mm outer dimension and a volume of 3.5 mL. The cuvette is designed with PTFE Lid for better chemical resistance (screw cap and PTFE stopper types are better in sealing) applications.  This cuvette is our bestselling fluorometer cuvette.

  • Note: These HTR cuvettes can be used with most popular organic solvents, as well as acids and bases. They are compatible with chemicals such as acetone, butanone, DMF, and concentrated hydrochloric acid.
