We aim to process all in-stock orders within one business day, and unless requested otherwise, all items will be dispatched via courier. Average transit times are given below.
- China (Mainland), Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore 4-6 working days
- EU/USA/Canada 5-7 working days
- Rest of World 7-9 working days
Please note that this does not take into account time taken to clear items through customs, as this varies from shipment to shipment. If any items are out of stock or require manufacturing, then we will notify you of this and can arrange a partial shipment at no extra cost to you.
All our shipments will be shipped by FedEx international and customers can request to use there own FedEx accounts.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship our products worldwide. In order to get orders to customers as quickly as possible, we do so from our headquarters in the HONG KONG via courier.
We ship orders using a tracked courier service as standard (usually FedEx, sometimes DHL, or UPS) although we are also happy to be flexible if your University or Institution has specific requirements. Worldwide shipping via a freight forwarder or other methods is available for a wide variety of countries.
Please note that customs restrictions can vary between countries. If you are uncertain about shipment to your country, please contact us for advice.
Do you have a preferred agency in my country?
Generally, CUVET.CO only ships directly from the company. Because of this, we are unable to recommend agencies in most countries. We are however happy to work with an agent or distributor, should you not be able to purchase from us directly. Please do contact us if this is the case for further information.
Do you have resellers or agents in my country?
We sell directly to our customers, and are the main point of contact for all customer service and technical support. Therefore, we do not provide discounts to resellers or agents.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices are excluding VAT (where applicable). We don’t charge VAT or custom duties from our site.
What if I want to return or cancel my order?
We hope you love your order, but if you wish to return any items ordered, please notify us within 21 days of receiving the goods. Please ensure that they are returned as new, undamaged, free of contamination and in the original packaging.
Please inspect all orders on arrival to ensure your products are in good condition.
All cancellations should be made within 24 hours of purchase.
Can I return custom made products?
There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom made products. These products are custom made to fit your specifications and cannot be sold to any other customer.
All sales are final on any custom made CUVET.CO products.
Do you offer discounts?
At the moment, we offer bulk discounts for 10 or more cuvettes. Other items bulk discount please check with firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens if the item is broken?
If an item breaks due to manufacturers error than we will replace the cuvette free of charge, with no costs passed on to our customers.
Any damage to an item that is not caused by a manufacturers error are not eligible for a free replacement. This would include items that are mishandled, dropped, scratched, etc.
